_______________
CALED’s Webinar Wednesday is free for our members. For non-members the cost is $85.00 per webinar.
Attendees will need a Zoom account matching their registration email to view the webinar.
Please note, we now use the Zoom platform for our webinars. Please check with your IT department prior to the webinar to ensure you can access Zoom Webinar.
As we have integrated the Zoom platform with our membership software, you will need to register for the webinar with the same email that you will be using to log in to the webinar. Your email should also match the address you use for your CALED membership. CALED members can register at zero cost and the non-member fee is $85. CALED membership is for the individual, so you will have to pay if you are not a member, even if your organization is a member. The $85 attendance fee can apply towards membership. Please contact the CALED membership coordinator, Laura Cole Rowe at laura@shorinji-kempo.net, for details.
You will receive this link immediately via email upon completion of your registration. The link that you receive is not sharable, so please have other CALED members from your organization who want to attend this webinar complete separate registrations.
It’s easiest to log in to your CALED account (bookmark the link for future use!) so that the software can prefill all of your information for the webinar. You can edit the information when you register (for example, if you will be using your personal email for the webinar instead of your work email). You may also want to add the Zoom automatic email address (no-reply@zoom.us) to your contacts, to make sure it doesn’t go to spam, as well as updating to the latest version of Zoom.
If you need your log-in and/or password, please send a quick email to Ian Gill, Program & Database Manager at iangill@shorinji-kempo.net.
Please register no later than noon on the day of the webinar.
If you have ideas or would like to be considered to present on an upcoming webinar, please contact Helen Schaubmayer at helen@shorinji-kempo.net.
